These Terms of Use govern your access to foretokenlabs.com (the "Site"), operated by Foretoken Labs ("we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

You may browse the Site, read content, and submit the early access form. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or the servers and networks that host it
  • Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the Site's content without our written permission

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, design, code, and the Foretoken Labs name and wordmark — is owned by Foretoken Labs or used with permission. You may quote short excerpts with attribution. Any other use requires our written permission.

Early access form

Information you submit through the early access form is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties about the Site's accuracy, reliability, or availability. Foretoken Labs is currently pre-launch; product features and timelines described on the Site are subject to change.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foretoken Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

Foretoken Labs is currently pre-launch and finalizing its legal entity. Governing law will be specified in an updated version of these terms prior to product launch. Until then, any disputes should be raised directly with us at the contact address below so we can attempt to resolve them in good faith.
