Early access signups. When you submit the early access form, we collect your email address and, optionally, your name and a brief description of your use case.
Usage data. When you visit the site, standard server logs may record your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We do not use third-party analytics or tracking cookies.
How we use it
We use your email address solely to notify you about early access to our products. We will not send newsletters, promotional emails, or anything unrelated to early access without your explicit consent.
Your name and use case description help us prioritize outreach and understand who we're building for. We do not share this information with third parties.
Data processors
We use the following services that process data on our behalf:
- Supabase — database storage for early access signups (supabase.com)
- Vercel — website hosting and infrastructure (vercel.com)
Both services operate under their own privacy policies and data processing terms.
Your rights
You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@foretokenlabs.com. We will remove your information from our database within 7 days.
If you are in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR/UK GDPR, including the right to access, correct, and port your data. Contact us at the address above to exercise these rights.
Changes
If we materially change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. We will not retroactively reduce your rights without notice.
