Foretoken Labs builds AI tools for people facing moments that matter.

How we build

Each tool encodes a specific methodology. We don't build general-purpose AI wrappers, and we don't ship outputs we wouldn't act on ourselves. If the system can't produce a result strong enough to use, it tells you plainly and never gives you a degraded answer dressed up as a complete one.

We're honest about what our tools do and what they don't. Every element of every output shows its basis. Nothing is unanchored.

What we're building first

The Steel-Manning Workbench is our first product: a structured analysis of where a written argument will break, and what to do about it. You submit a document, confirm what the system extracted, and receive a four-part deliverable — argument map, vulnerability map, the strongest case against you, and specific hardening recommendations.
